By using the services provided by Dronamo, you agree and acknowledge the warranty terms as they are written on the official SwellPro, DJI, or Autel Robotics websites. Dronamo does not provide coverage that differs from the official warranty, except for when the customer is paying out of pocket.

If you would like to submit a warranty claim, please submit a clear photo of your device's serial number, your order confirmation number with date of purchase visible.

Your serial number can be found on the device sticker located inside the battery compartment, on the motherboard, or on the aircraft fuselage (for SwellPro, DJI, and Autel Robotics models).

Repair Times: Repair time varies depending on the complexity of your issue and availability of parts. Most repairs can be expected to be finished within about 2 weeks or less. The summer months in particular may see delays, as it is the busiest time of year.
